Excellent spot for exploring the area with great service.

I really liked the room here, and the bed was super comfy 😊. The breakfasts were pretty good, they had a waffle station and some yogurt options that were satisfying.

The location was perfect for traveling around Independence, close enough to local attractions and the Christmas Story House. It also was in the Cleveland area.

I had a small issue with the TV in my room, but the staff at Residence Inn was quick to address it. They gave me a credit for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Although it took a little time for the credit to appear on my account, they followed up with an email providing all the details. Thank you for resolving the issue and ensuring my satisfaction.

My first room at Residence Inn was not properly cleaned. The sheets had a strong smell of pee and were stained, while a blood stain and a bandaid were found on the sheets.

Stayed there for vacation and had a fantastic experience, so I would stay here again. The hotel's location was central, close to the shopping mall. Also, it was 1 mile from Chancellor University.

The hotel is conveniently located near everything. The staff at this property is knowledgeable and friendly. everything was great. I would choose to stay here again next time in Independence.

The hotel of choice in Independence. An amazing venue with a wide range of brand-new and well-appointed rooms to relax in. Very friendly, excellent staff, comfy location near to Northfield Park raceway and Independence. Also, close to the shopping mall. Nice building and rooms in other amenities. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options like eggs, waffles, muffins, and yogurt. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and near everything. The location is also great for those wanting to visit Northfield Park raceway, which is only 20 minutes away.
